Rachel Dekar wasted no time Friday trying to repeat her state title in the 100-yard breaststroke. The Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood senior was in a different cadence than the rest of the field during the Division 3 finals, touching the wall in 1 minute, 2.66 seconds.
