Winnebago County To Ban Towing In Bad Weather
OSHKOSH, Wis. -- Drivers who slide off the road this winter could have to wait a while for a tow in the Oshkosh area. The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department is banning tows from ditches and medians if they're unsafe due to winter weather conditions.
