City Telecom Chairman Wong to Head Hong Kong?s ATV (Update1)
Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) -- City Telecom (H.K.) Ltd. , the second- biggest provider of fixed-line phone services to Hong Kong homes, said Chairman Ricky Wong takes over as chief executive officer at local broadcaster Asia Television Ltd. with immediate effect.
