I-95 south reopens after tractor-trailer crash, spill
Crews clean up cooking oil on highway after truck, car collide For much of this afternoon, police closed down a 2-mile stretch of the southbound lanes on Interstate 95 near the city/county line after a truck carrying used cooking oil overturned. The lanes were reopened about 6:30 p.m.
