Alamogordo police logs
Christopher J. Francone, 39, of Keenesburg, Colo., was arrested on a Quay County warrant for alleged failure to appear. Francone was also issued a ticket for speeding. He was jailed at the Otero County Detention Center in lieu of bail bond pending his extradition to Quay County.
