A Waterford man was arrested by state police in Colchester Monday on charges he performed work on a Salem home without a state contractor?s license and failed to refund the homeowner?s money.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) -- A 15-year-old Parkland High School basketball player is in critical condition after he collapsed during a junior varsity game Tuesday evening. At the beginning of the second quarter, starting point guard Khalid Prince hit a three-pointer and as the team was setting up its defense, coach Keith McInnis noticed something was wrong.
