Melescanu: Romanian APCs used in Afghanistan are outdated
Teodor Melescanu, the Minister of Defence, has stated yesterday for Realitatea TV that the Romanian APCs are not ?perfectly adapted? to the missions in Afghanistan and Iraq and has announced that by early next year the first ten new infantry fighting vehicles will reach the theatres of operations.
