EDUCATION: NT resident Facklam, innovator dies
North Tonawanda?s Janet Facklam, a local educator in the rehabilitation sciences who in 2004 started Upstate New York?s first such undergraduate program at Hilbert College in Hamburg, passed away Nov. 15. She was 53.
