CENTER ? Center, Colo. resident Leona Fern Glover Crown, 88, died Oct. 13, 2008 at the Rio Grande Hospital in Del Norte, Colo. She was born to James W. McComb and Ora E. Bray McComb on Nov. 9, 1919 in Rooks County, Kan. She moved to the San Luis Valley with her family in 1926 and attended school in Sargent, Center and Del Norte.
