Northwest Airlines pilots stand to get a nearly 2.4 percent equity stake in Delta Air Lines after the two companies are combined in a deal that will create the world's largest carrier. The Northwest pilots also will receive pay increases to bring them on par with their Delta peers, Delta pilot union spokeswoman Kelly Regus said in an e-mail message.
