New-look Storm open 2008-09 USHL season
Buying a program is recommended for Tri-City Storm fans to start the 2008-09 season. Not only is the United States Hockey League franchise starting its first campaign under new head coach Tom Rudrud, but with only six players back from last year's rocky season, it truly is a fresh start for the Storm.

Nigeria: Nigeria 2009 - Bauchi Will Meet Fifa Standard, Says Yuguda
The Bauchi State Governor, Malam Isa Yuguda, has reiterated the determination of his administration to host the next year's U-17 FIFA World Cup scheduled for Nigeria. Governor Yuguda gave the assurance during his meeting with members of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
