Second Arrest Made in D.C. Couple's Murder
Police have arrested a second suspect in the slaying of a couple found dead in their northwest Washington home. They say 21-year-old Angela Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder on Wednesday night in the deaths of Michael and Virginia Spevak, a well-known couple found dead in their Friendship Heights home last Saturday.
