Cancer was a British death metal band which released three albums to their name. After their fourth titled Black Faith, the band split up. In 2003, it reunited and released an EP in 2004 followed by a new album entitled Spirit in Flames in 2005. In 2006, the band split up again. The same year a new band was founded under the name Hail of Fire, featuring four ex-Cancer members and a new singer.
